We purchased a Revolution Stronghold XL Safe in July.

Gordon Pendleton was extremely kind and accommodating, taking as much time as needed, answering all my questions.

Gordon agreed to build my safe and have it ready for us to pick up on our way moving to Florida. Our truck was too full, so he quickly made arrangements for delivery.

Delivery was simple and the driver called when he was in the area. He placed the safe, securely mounted to a strong pallet at our door.

I am impressed with the quality and workmanship of Revolution safes, with one exception. The shelf brackets were made of plastic and would not support heavy items. Gordon assured me he would change to metal brackets. [Note that this is resolved and Bob's shelving clips were replaced]

All in all, we purchased a quality safe that exceeds our needs and looks great to boot. Gordon is a pleasure to deal with and insures a carefree buying arrangement.
